This system is designed to integrate with your snap twin coil 3 wire switch machines, most notably the

Marklin
Walthers
All machines 2-wire Snap machines made prior to 1980.
A unique feature designed into this system is that it remembers the direction of the turnout from the last time it was used, even when power has been interrupted.
The assembly couldn't be simpler:
Connect 3 wires from the 3 socket connector on the Dwarvin Snap Controller to the Snap machine switch control unit or to the Solenoid connections on the Turnout - no soldering needed.
Add power to the Dwarvin Snap controller either using a 9V supply (optional power adapter) or directly from your AC bus via the 2 socket connector on the right hand side of the unit.
Finally, insert the 3 Dwarf Signals into the layout where required and insert the fibers into the Snap Controller.

This is especially helpful for operating sessions where it is very useful to see which way the dispatcher has a switch set.
